Depending on what youre after you can definitely get a well above average setup for that kind of money. Personal recommendation is start shopping around for a decent cockpit. Racing on your normal desk and normal gaming chair massively hampers your ability. Another thing I MUST recommend is a loadcell pedal. Its fundamental to make your braking consistent.

Don't blow your budget on a 25NM drive base, you just don't need it. 10NM is more than enough and that should allow you to spend wisely eslewhere more important.
