In my opinion the best steering wheel is the Logitech G920 if you got an Xbox, or the Logitech G923 if you got a Playstation, you can use both on PC, i bought the G920 three years ago and tis been holding up superb and been doing wonders, im playing ACC at the moment and at max FFB its perfect for people of the age between 12 and 21 years old. P.S. the max FFB is 2.5 Nm of torque, but not in peaks, a consistent 2.5 Nm after two - three years of usage.

i think its the moza r3 that has 3.9 nm but also the fanatec csl dd is a good option becurse it has 5 nm

What’s the budget? A T300 or TX would be a great starter wheel, but if you can stretch further, you could get a CSL DD or a T598
