Usually logitech g29 because the market is still in general, but if you want to be more serious about sim racing with a decent wheelbase, I would recommend PXN VD4 or Moza R3. Both have bundle versions and are direct drive(of course more torque and comfortable forcefeedback),  just a few dollars higher than g29 and excluding shifters, but those are still worth it
