I have a moza r5 setup with the moza ks wheel and a desk mount for it. I haven’t had any problems with my setup besides pushing my chair back on the brake. And I assume if I want to upgrade from base pedals I’d need more force which means my chair would get pushed back. Is it really that worth it to get a rig or is it just putting everything in a set piece?
I'd advise you to get a rig, yeah. They really help keeping everything in 1 place, while staying compact and functional.
I'd recommend getting the NRL GTRacer 2.0, as it's quite sturdy, compact and able to withstand up to 13nm of torque. Atleast, that's what I've been told by other reviewers.
IMO it's definitely worth getting yourself a relatively budget next level simracing rig. There are ones with a wheel chair cradle, so your chair won't move. So: Sim Rig >> Wheel/Hardware Upgrade
