You could buy an R5 with the ESX wheel, but I would personally avoid Moza, as they don’t support many games on Xbox. Not to mention that their shifters and other accessories aren’t even supported at all

Get the GT3 wheel. It’ll be perfect
On PC or console? If PC, then Moza. If console, then Fanatec
Console or PC? If console, Fanatec. If PC, then Moza
What’s the budget? A T300 or TX would be a great starter wheel, but if you can stretch further, you could get a CSL DD or a T598
