how to mount my pedals

I recently got the moza r5 bundle and was wondering, if it makes sense to mount my pedals up-side-down, like they are in real cars.

Do you guys know if it makes any difference in immersion or skill?

No difference in skill, but quite a bit in immersion, which is why some people end up inverting their pedals
