I’m currently using an entry-level Moza R3 setup with a 3D-printed wheel mod on the ES base. I’m wondering if getting the KS wheel—or even the KS PRO would be a solid upgrade, or if I should prioritize moving up to a 9Nm base first. What yall think?
if you think the 3 nm is enough for you defenetly go with a new wheel but i would reccomend you the 9nm base i have it and it has so much detail and with the 9m peak torque you can go with 6-8 nm for a long time without it getting hot but also some laps on 9nm but it gets very hot in my oppinion. in my oppinon i would upgrade my wheelbase if i were u. hope this helped ^^
IMO the base because you kinda wana take into consideration on the ks wheel might be heavier then the wheel your currently using which mean then 3nm motor will have to try and deal with more weight which might not be ideal.
If u have a solid setup I would upgrade the base. I am running the r9 on a desk setup and I love it. Maybe u can go save up and buy the bundle with ks wheel. Then u have a real good setup.
