Hello! I was wondering if I should buy a used TLCM pedal set or buy the upcoming load cell pedal from Thrustmaster. For reference, I already have a T598, and I play on Xbox if that means anything.

I don't know of any upcoming Thrustmaster loadcell pedalset, so I'd go with the T-LCM, especially if you can find a good deal on it.
Thrustmaster is supposed to release their new load cell brake pedal for the T598 pedals. I think it's called the Raceline pedals? But thanks for the suggestion!
