I will always recommend something with force feedback over anything that doesn't, if you're spending your own earned money. I understand the situation in India is much different than here, but is one of the older popular force feedback wheels not an option? Logitech's G series, the G25, G27, G29 and G920 were super popular worldwide, and there might be some for sale over there. If not, the PXN seems like a better choice.
