Whats the best affordable advanced Bundel or wheelbase

I dont want to spend thousands of Euros, I need something for the golden midle, that has much quality and nice feeling in the Game, but isnt overpriced. Any help?

I got the Simagic Alpha EVO Wheel Base – 12m + GT Neo for $700 and is pretty cool, everything feels high quality, I recommend get things when they are on sale.
