I think moza R3 or R5 Excellent options due to their prices and the ever-growing ecosystem. Although there are currently more options on the market, such as what pxn offers at very good prices.

On console, a secondhand Thrustmaster. On PC, an entry level Moza

Yeah I’d say second hand thrustmaster t300 or a Moza r3 bundle. Don’t go for a g29. It’s not that the g29 is bad, it’s just that the other options are better deals in terms of price\experience…
