Choosing between these two packages comes down to whether you want to bring your own steering wheels to Asetek's top-tier direct drive system or jump straight into their ecosystem with an all-in-one bundle. Both options center around the same powerful 27Nm Invicta wheelbase, but they target entirely different setup philosophies.
A known batch of Invicta power supplies suffered from a "Low Voltage Error" under high loads, though Asetek quickly replaces affected units. Additionally, the stock LMP grips on the Forte wheel feel like cheap, hard plastic, making an upgrade to official Asetek suede or XL grips highly recommended.
The quick release has extremely tight tolerances that can make two-handed removal necessary. You may also notice a subtle cogging sensation when the wheelbase is turned off, though this completely disappears while driving.
