The MOZA GS V2P Formula Wheel and the MOZA KS Steering Wheel represent two completely different design philosophies for open-wheel racers. While they share the same 300 mm diameter, one targets premium durability while the other focuses on entry-level affordability.
The MOZA GS V2P features universal ecosystem compatibility, whereas the MOZA KS is locked into the MOZA ecosystem. Keep in mind that the GS V2P's rotary encoders often require manual mode switching in the Pit House software to map correctly in iRacing and ACC.
If you have the budget, the MOZA GS V2P is the superior hardware choice, though you must tolerate incredibly loud shifters and tall joysticks that can cause accidental inputs. The rotary encoders can also be temperamental to map, and the pre-labeled buttons limit custom mapping clarity.
On the other hand, the MOZA KS is an undeniable value option at $187.62, but it comes with clear physical compromises. You will have to live with a plastic composite chassis that squeaks under high torque, buttons that rattle under heavy force feedback, and shifters that can lose their tactile feel over time.
