Biggest issue will be compatibility meaning software and firmware. There is no official linux supported Pithouse software for example. Some open source projects may help making an installation and simracing possible but if you're not up for the hustle and a lot of trial and error, I'd suggest still having a Windows 10 or 11 partition on your hard drive to use for simracing. I use Bazzite mainly but still dual boot Windows 11 just for simracing and video editing (adobe is not available on linux).

Not officially by Moza no. But like I said there are open source community projects for example "Boxflat" which still lets you configure your Moza gear in an alternative program. I can't tell you if it works though because I don't use Moza gear anyways

Yes because easy anti cheat requires secure boot, which is turned off due to compatibility issues on most linux distros
