Ascher Racing has announced the release of a new plugin for the widely used SimHub application. This marks a significant step forward in software usability for Ascher Racing customers, replacing the company’s previous Control Center solution.
The new plugin introduces a wide range of features for the Artura eSports USB Wheels as well as all Ascher Racing dashboards, offering a more streamlined and integrated user experience.

By transitioning from its in-house Control Center to SimHub, Ascher Racing enables users to access expanded functionality within a centralized platform already familiar to many sim racers.
Among the key additions are the new modifier modes. These allow users to assign multiple functions to a single input, effectively placing hundreds of commands within easy reach. Each modifier action is displayed in real time on the dashboard, ensuring clarity and full transparency during use.
The plugin also introduces simplified button mapping and hot-swappable profiles, allowing users to switch seamlessly between different games and car setups.
In addition, Ascher Racing has implemented a new clutch paddle curve editor. The tool offers ten predefined linearity settings designed to improve launch consistency and control, while also supporting fully customizable curves.
A newly integrated rotary encoder pulse width editor further enhances precision, enabling more accurate adjustments for fuel management and other in-game settings.

With the introduction of the SimHub plugin, firmware updates can now be installed directly through SimHub. The previously required STM32 programmer is no longer necessary, significantly simplifying the update process by integrating all firmware management within the Ascher Racing plugin environment.

While this release represents a major step forward for Ascher Racing, it is important to note that the plugin will launch as an open beta. Full compatibility is not yet guaranteed, and user feedback will play a crucial role in its ongoing development. Additional features are already planned but have not yet been implemented.
Whether the transition to SimHub will prove to be a long-term success remains to be seen. Nevertheless, the announcement marks an exciting development for Ascher Racing users.
The new plugin is scheduled for release on Friday, February 27, 2026.
