The biggest announcement is the upcoming Historic Tracks Pack, a new DLC focused on the evolution of Formula racing through different eras.
The pack includes three circuits inspired by iconic motorsport venues, each available in multiple historical variations:

Each version of these tracks aims to recreate different periods of racing history. Players can expect layouts that range from unforgiving historic designs with high-speed danger zones to modern versions with more refined characteristics.
Technical corners, elevation changes and fast sections are expected to deliver unique driving experiences depending on the era being raced.
Alongside the paid DLC, the developers also confirmed a free addition for the entire community.
A completely new Modern Hatchwood layout will be released at no additional cost and made available to every Formula Legends player.
This means players who do not purchase the Historic Tracks Pack will still receive new content as part of the update.

One of the most anticipated features in Formula Legends is online multiplayer, and the first testing phase is now approaching.
The developers announced that the Online Multiplayer Closed Beta officially begins on June 30.
Initially, the first wave will include:
The team stated that multiplayer still requires further improvements and features before a wider release, but the current version is ready for real-world testing.
Players interested in joining can apply through the official Discord server, where further details and application information are available.
Community feedback during the testing period is expected to play an important role in improving the online experience ahead of the full launch.

Formula E fans were not forgotten in this update announcement.
The developers teased a small free update for owners of the Formula E DLC that is planned for release at the end of July.
Specific details have not yet been revealed, but the team suggested that Formula E enthusiasts should keep an eye out for further announcements.

Patch 1.6.5 appears to be an important step forward for Formula Legends. Between historical circuit content, the first multiplayer beta rollout and future Formula E additions, the developers are continuing to expand both the amount of content and the overall experience available to players.
The arrival of multiplayer testing may be particularly interesting, as it marks the beginning of one of the game’s most requested features.
