RENNSPORT is expanding once again with the arrival of the Touring Classics Part 1 DLC, introducing iconic touring cars, a reimagined version of Hockenheim’s legendary forest layout, free content additions, AI improvements, and a price reduction for new players.
Alongside the content update, RENNSPORT’s Standard Edition is receiving a 50 percent price reduction.
The developers stated that increasing the player base and creating larger racing grids is one of the major goals behind the decision. The Deluxe Edition is also expected to receive similar pricing adjustments during the summer sale later in July.

The main attraction of the Touring Classics Part 1 DLC is Hockenheimring Classic Revival.
Inspired by the legendary pre-2002 Hockenheim layout, the circuit recreates the iconic ultra-fast forest straights that disappeared after safety-focused redesigns.
Rather than serving as an exact historical replica, the circuit combines elements of the old layout with modern infrastructure. The result aims to preserve the atmosphere and intensity that made the original layout famous.

The paid Touring Classics package introduces four iconic race cars from the touring car era:
Players will also receive a substantial increase in visual customization options.
New additions include:
Touring Classics Heritage Collection
RENNSPORT Cup Collection
Hall of Fame Collection
In total, 378 liveries have been added across free, paid, and competitive content.

Not everything in this update requires purchasing the DLC.
The free platform expansion adds:
New Track
Originally created as a community mod by DDF Racer, the circuit has been refined with support from Nukedrop and officially integrated into RENNSPORT.
New Vehicles
RENNSPORT continues improving its single-player experience with another round of AI changes.
Adjustments include:
The goal is to make AI drivers feel more natural and competitive while remaining within the same gameplay rules as players.
The update also delivers numerous technical fixes, including:

The developers state that some issues remain after the update:
Between the revival of Hockenheim’s historic layout, iconic touring cars, free additions, and improvements to AI behavior, the update significantly expands both the amount of content and gameplay variety available.
The accompanying 50 percent price reduction could also help bring more drivers onto the grid, potentially addressing one of the community’s biggest concerns surrounding player numbers.
